Your Age:
(Men) - the amount of years it has been since you were severed from the umbilical cord.
(Ladies) - plus or minus 5 years of above.

Your Hair:
That is the fuzzy stuff growing quite often on all over our bodies. We are concerned with the hair which is on top of your head. There are several classifications of this as well.
Balding - this is when you have most of your hair, but are seeing it disappear in a couple of places.
Bald - NO FUZZY STUFF AT ALL or just Peach Fuzz, either by choice or not...
Long Hair - Now this is the ULTIMATE amount of hair. This is not a lonely strand of hair heading down your back, nor is it some hair that just covers your ears lobes. This is long flowing, evenly dispersed hair that your other half can run their fingers through.. while....... well never mind.....

Your Height:

This is not the measurement your parents had of you on the door jam when you were a child.. this is your current height. Plus or minus NOT allowed.

Your Weight:
This is not what you weighed in High School, after your last breakup or what you hope to weigh after your next diet. This is your current weight most often measured by a scale (a piece of equipment usually located on the bathroom, bedroom or closet floor which measures your poundage. Home scales are quite often off 5-10 lbs to our advantage). If you don't have one, we suggest a visit to your nearest 24 medical clinic or doctor.. they will surredly have a properly functioning one.

(Optional). If you describe yourself as any of the following.. please note the criteria for such classification. Not Required

Athletic Type:
You engage in SOME form of activity which keeps you from having A Few Extra Pounds.

A Few Extra Pounds:
A couple of sizes larger than the athletic type. Hopefully it means that you have had indulged in too much holiday food, are fighting the battle of the Winter Bulge or any other seasonal Battle of the Bulge you may have and that you intend to remove these extra pounds so you don't then become Larger Than Average.

Larger Than Average:
This is when you have lost the Battle of the Bulge... seasonal or otherwise and you are now ALOT of sizes larger  than the Athletic Type and you have NO intention of taking the extra pounds off. You have accepted your present weight status.
